Local & Regional CDL A Driver

Responsibilities Earn $26.00-$32.00/HR | $74,300-$91,300+ Annually | OT After 40 Hours Home Every Weekend | Paid Weekly | Referral, Holiday & Annual Bonuses | Excellent Benefits Work Monday-Friday with a 6:00 AM start , averaging 10+ hour shifts , including local routes and 2-day regional runs. Operate a Day Cab hauling Dry Van freight on local and regional routes. Deliver premium surface materials , including hardwood flooring, countertops, and backsplash tile , to customer locations. Perform touch freight , assisting with loading, unloading, and securing cargo using straps, chains, binders, and other securement equipment. Complete local multi-stop deliveries and regional 2-day runs while maintaining accurate logs, complying with DOT regulations, and providing outstanding customer service. Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, safely operate equipment, and assist with additional warehouse or operational duties as needed. Requirements Valid Class A CDL required. Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience . Must be at least 21 years old . Ability to operate in both intrastate and interstate commerce , including local deliveries and 2-day regional routes. Comfortable performing touch freight , cargo securement, and physically demanding work, including lifting up to 55 lbs , carrying materials, climbing ladders, and frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to safely use logbooks, read bills of lading, and operate an iPad or tablet (preferred). Safety-minded with strong communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus.
