Responsibilities Ensure branch operates efficiently and securely Deliver exceptional customer experiences Oversee risk controls and compliance Enhance customer experience through smooth transaction processing Engage customers through digital platforms Conduct cash counts and maintain accurate audit logs Support teller line and provide coaching Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 3+ years in branch banking or related operations/support function 12+ months of successful Santander experience related to essential functions 18+ months of cash handling experience 18+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment Proficient in cash handling and maintaining audit logs Strong problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
