Meriwether Godsey is looking for a Front of House Su pervisor responsible for overseeing front-of-house, grill, and catering operations at a college preparatory school located in scenic Middleburg , VA. * $25.00 per hour * Full Time * Varied Schedule What the Supervisor will do: * Supervise staff and Dining Room and Catering operations to ensure high-quality service standards and presentations are met * Monitor and supervise set up and maintenance of the cafeteria area and food stations to ensure quality standards * Assist leadership in supervising and assessing staff needs; supporting purchasing and inventory activities * Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees * Foster an inclusive environment for all staff and guests, while maintaining effective client and customer-centric relationships * Potential assistance with catering events as requested What the Supervisor will need: * Must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
