As a Food Truck Team Member, you will operate and work alongside our Food Truck team as we serve the Ozarks and surrounding areas. Transportation to and from each location will be provided. You may work up to 17 hours a day three days a week and have four days off, one of which is always Sunday. The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• Flexible availability
• Ability to work non-traditional shifts
• Desire to travel throughout the surrounding area
• Flexibility to work in a Back of House or Front of House capacity

Our Food Truck Team Members are the face of our company to those unable to regularly experience Chick-fil-A. You will provide fast, friendly and accurate service and hospitality to our guests. You help us show CARE as we create great experiences for our local guests and visitors. Serving others will be an integral part of your daily responsibilities in this position. If that does not appeal to you, this may not be the place for you.

The starting wage for this position will be $16 p/h. 30 days after your first shift on the truck, that will increase to $17 p/h. We will use the first 30 days of employment to determine if you are the right fit for our organization and if we see this being a mutually beneficial, long term working relationship.

Applicants must be able to:

* Work on their feet for multiple hours at a time

* Work in a hot, enclosed environment with little personal space- most of the work takes place inside the food truck, which has limited space to move around. 

* Lift items up to 50 pounds, unless there is a specific reason not to

* Work legally in the United States

Prior experience serving guests is appreciated but not required. We can teach you that.

Chick-fil-A operates the 3rd largest fast-food chain and specializes in chicken menu items, with more than 2500 restaurants in 47 states. The chain is popular for its breaded chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, as well as other menu items such as chicken strips and chicken nuggets.
