that is looking to add a


Senior Quality Technician


to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a site-level quality leadership role with a mix of hands-on and strategic work.

About the Role

This is a mid-to-senior level position combining


production floor engagement with audit, compliance, and reporting responsibilities


. You'll initially spend time learning on-floor processes, then transition into owning quality systems, audits, and certification support.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead site-level quality compliance initiatives and certification efforts (e.g., food safety/quality standards)
  
  



• 
  Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness
  
  



• 
  Manage nonconformance processes, including root cause and corrective actions
  
  



• 
  Partner with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout operations
  
  



• 
  Develop and maintain quality procedures, reporting, and metrics
  
  



• 
  Train and mentor staff on quality processes and best practices
  
  



• 
  Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and occasionally support customer-related quality inquiries
  
  



• 
  Utilize testing equipment and oversee product quality validation processes

Ideal Background

• 
  3-5+ years in
  
  
  manufacturing quality
  
  
  (non-software)
  



• 
  Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance-not just floor-level work
  
  



• 
  Background in packaging, printing, or similar production environments is a plus
  
  



• 
  Experience in regulated industries (e.g., food production or medical devices) is transferable
  
  



• 
  Familiarity with quality systems, certifications, and continuous improvement practices

  Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

  Pay: $30-$35/hour
