Brand Ambassador/Community Outreach Coordinator

Bodybar Pilates Alpharetta and Roswell is seeking a contract/part-time (approximately 8-10 hours/week) brand ambassador/community outreach coordinator to help design and implement online and community-based outreach campaigns to improve studio brand awareness and grow/expand its business partner network within the surrounding community. The ideal candidate will engage with current and potential customers in person and online, building awareness campaigns through social media and by connecting with, and developing, partner relationships with other local businesses.

Key duties will include:

• Developing social media to promote the Bodybar Pilates brand and its offerings; creating promotional content, such as videos, photos, social media posts, etc.
• Identifying potential business partnerships, and expanding on existing partner relationships for increased brand presence in the local community. Identify methods for community engagement and maintain a calendar for outreach events.
• Planning and executing various community outreach events. Attending/manning promotional events such as pop-up shops, tabling events, health fairs, community/school events, etc.

The ideal candidate should have:

• An engaging personality with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven experience in social media marketing; strong visual content creation skills; ability to post new content weekly/engage with our online audience.
• Experience with, and love for, event planning, coordination and execution.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies; able to develop and pitch partnership opportunities to similar local businesses to create a referral/benefits programs across shared customer bases.
