Job Description

The Senior Manager, Global & North America Marketing, will partner with the VP of Marketing to define and execute Aveda's Body Care and Gifting category strategies, lead strategic expansion projects, and drive end-to-end go-to-market strategies. This role will lead innovation, consumer storytelling, and category management across Global and North America, delivering consumer-focused launches that drive brand growth and engagement.

This position partners with Product Development, Package Development, Finance, Education, Channel & Commercial Teams, Creative, Digital Consumer Engagement, and regional teams to ensure consistent brand expression and market success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of global marketing experience, preferably within prestige beauty.
• Proven success driving innovation and launching CPG products across global markets.
• Strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action and compelling brand stories.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing talent.
• Highly collaborative with strong leadership presence and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, consumer trends, and consumer behavior.

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $150,000.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
