Associate Director, MedTech Delivery & Customer Success

Associate Director role overseeing delivery, governance, and optimization of information assets for medical device and diagnostics clients. This client-facing position manages complex account deliverables, ensures contractual compliance, and drives customer satisfaction and revenue growth through expanded solution utilization.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery oversight for high-value MedTech accounts with multiple stakeholders
Establish and manage delivery governance including service levels, KPIs, and change management
Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders and resolve service issues
Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Solution Specialists to identify expansion opportunities
Coordinate with Centers of Excellence on data events and product enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5-8+ years account, delivery, or project management experience
MedTech customer experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with IQVIA offerings and healthcare analytics environments preferred
Ability to manage complex accounts in matrixed organizations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
US-based residency with travel capability up to 25%

Compensation: $86,000–$239,500 base
