To learn more, visit We are seeking experienced Field Technicians. Responsibilities include assisting with the installation and construction of various distributed antenna systems and completing the troubleshooting and maintenance of in-building wireless communication systems. The ideal candidate will be familiar with RF concepts and best practices and have experience with a variety of test equipment. Training will be provided. Job Responsibilities Installation of Fiber Optic Cables and Fiber Optic RF Electronics Terminate & Test Coaxial Cables Label test and document cable installation Conduct radio signal testing using RS scanners and spectrum analyzers Perform design site surveys and in-depth walkthroughs Installation and repair of distributed Antenna System (DAS) electronics Maintain test equipment and tools for continuous use Travel to various job sites We are a Drug-Free Workplace All candidates receiving and accepting an offer will be required to pass a physical, drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check. Requirements Relevant experience in a related field such as two‑way radio communications, electrical work, building wiring, fire alarm service and installation, telecommunications technician, cellular DAS systems or building security and automation is strongly preferred. Trade or technical education and/or related military experience is desired. Job Requirements Must take pride in their work and be dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction Proficiency in using hand tools and test equipment such as power supplies and multimeters is desired but not required; training is provided Basic understanding of RF, wireless, and electrical theory is required 1 to 4 years of construction or related experience; previous experience with DAS construction or other cellular systems is a bonus General construction knowledge and know‑how; existing OSHA certifications are a plus Ability to read and interpret cabling diagrams and construction drawings Proficient with various tools such as drills, saws, torque wrenches, crimpers, etc. Must have a clean driving record and excellent safe driving skills Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk during the workday High attention to detail and ability to discuss and document technical issues effectively Ability to strictly follow procedures and work instructions Reading building floor plans and wiring diagrams Highly dependable with flexible hours, including potential early morning starts, late night work, and overtime when required Well organized with the ability to maintain a clean service vehicle and work areas Good communication skills and ability to work well with others Solution-oriented with a positive can‑do attitude Travel across Florida Monday‑Friday overnight and occasionally out of state Ideal Candidate Willing to travel (all expenses paid) Low voltage installation experience Superior customer service skills Excellent communication skills Works well with hands; enjoys physical work Highly self‑motivated Ability to problem‑solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner Adaptability and strong work ethic Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organization skills Works well independently as well as with a team Education High school or equivalent (Required) AAS or AS in an engineering or technology field desired or related military experience License or Certification Driver's license (Required) OSHA Construction 10 or 30 (Desired) Mann Wireless is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Affirmative Action employer.
