To support their region, the full-time Academic Advisor will manage client relationships by consulting with families on college readiness, maximizing bookings through lead follow-up, and delivering exceptional customer service, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Consult families on the college readiness process and provide program recommendations Follow up on leads and meet monthly sales quotas through high-volume calls and outreach Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure program success and achieve Net Promoter Score goals Required qualifications Experience in consultative sales or a similar role Strong understanding of the college readiness process Proven track record of meeting sales targets Ability to handle challenging customer service situations effectively Willingness to travel for business development activities as needed
