Technical Program Manager II, Data Center and Logistics Analytics

Partner with functional Data Center (e.g., Server Operations) and Logistics teams to define AI and data analytics requirements and own the end-to-end technical execution.Collaborate with Functional POCs and PgMs to drive project timelines, proactively manage constraints, and ensure transparent communication regarding progress and completion goals to customers.Program manage the development of AI solutions, data pipelines, and decision-support systems to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of Google’s infrastructure.Drive the adoption of Google's best practices by creating comprehensive documentation, training, and webinars to empower the infrastructure organization with robust self-serve analytics.Ideate and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operations by increasing the velocity and quality of data solution delivery.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program management.Experience in supply chain management (e.g., infrastructure operations, supply chain operations, data center operations or manufacturing).Experience with advanced data analytics/statistical analysis (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboard creation).Preferred qualifications:2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience driving AI or machine learning programs and utilizing data analytics to solve business problems.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
