Lead Infant & Toddler Teachers

The Gardner School of Cambridge is an academically focused preschool for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. We provide extensive training, orientation, and continuing education programs to support our teachers. Responsibilities Lead and inspire your classroom with creativity, care, and excellence. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; or Associate’s degree with at least 9 months of experience; or High School diploma with EEC-approved courses and 36 months of experience. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience, with lead or co‑lead experience preferred. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; regular and reliable attendance. Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks. Physical ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and lift up to approximately 60 lbs. Ability to fulfill cognitive and interpersonal aspects of classroom leadership, including speaking, hearing, reading, writing, focusing attention, and building relationships.
