Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely.
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with LTC regulations.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care.
