Position Summary Specialty: Perioperative APP. Schedule: Part time. Practice Detail: Perioperative Group. EMR System: Cerner. Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. Location: Nashville, TN. Responsibilities Provide perioperative evaluations for surgical patients. Postoperative rounding of surgical patients. Work at multiple campuses in the Nashville area. Participate in a part‑time opportunity supporting the inpatient team. Requirements 3 years of perioperative experience required. Proficiency in performing perioperative evaluations and postoperative rounding. Ability to work at multiple campuses in the Nashville area and support a part‑time schedule. Education Master’s degree of Nursing required. Licensure / Certification BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi‑state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
