Position Title: Acquisition Analyst Location: Washington, DC (Onsite) Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI Position Status: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $145-165K Position Description: Seneca Resources is seeking a senior Acquisition Analyst to support a high-visibility national security communications infrastructure program. You will analyze, assess, plan, and support enterprise communication infrastructure and network services acquisitions, serving as a trusted advisor on contracting principles and acquisition planning from strategy through award. Responsibilities include developing RFPs (competitive and non-competitive), supporting source selections and technical evaluations, interfacing with Contracting Officers (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR), supporting DoD key program milestones and decision events, and conducting negotiations.
