A day in the life

Based in Lodi, WI, you arrive ready to build what others have only sketched. You start by reviewing blueprints and technical drawings, planning how each joint and seam will come together. In our fast-paced shop, you move between MIG, TIG, and Stick stations, fabricating and assembling metal structures and components with a keen eye for detail. Each pass is followed by a careful inspection to ensure quality and alignment with specifications. Throughout the day you partner with teammates to keep projects on schedule, keep your work area spotless, and solve welding challenges as they come up—always with safety at the forefront. This is hands-on craftsmanship in a place that celebrates innovation.

• Execute multi-process welding (MIG, TIG, and Stick) to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan work and verify outcomes.
• Inspect completed welds to confirm quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Follow safety protocols and sustain a clean, organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve welding-related issues as they arise.
