Learn more about our open teams below SupportX: The SupportX team owns the end‑to‑end customer facing support experience including chat and phone channel, user triage experience, support entry point, help center and more. Options Experience: The Options Experience team is responsible for the user experience of options trading on the Robinhood app. Money Movement: The money movement team is responsible for all experiences around funding your account and transferring money across accounts. We’re crafting seamless, secure, and instant payment experiences and supporting Robinhood’s ambitious goals like international expansion. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of three compensation zones.
