LPN Unit Manager

About the Role:
As an LPN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring that our patients and residents receive the highest quality care and services. Your duties will include:
Unit Management : Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Clinical Oversight : Monitor and evaluate patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the quality and safety of care.
Team Leadership : Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and empathy.
Administrative Tasks : Participate in budget planning, staff scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the unit's smooth operation.
