Unit Description: There are four hallways/neighborhoods. Each hallway has their own dining area with a full kitchen. There is a tub room and bath aide on staff who will take care of resident bathing. Southridge - LTC/Rehab (13-15 residents); Morning View - Memory Care (9-10 residents); Sunshine - LTC (22 residents); Robinsview - LTC. ULC utilizes consistent staffing and prefers for agency to work in the same hallways when possible; however, agency will float to all hallways as needed. Ratios: 2-CNA per hallway during day and evening shifts; 1 CNA per hallway on nights; 1 RN per hallway on days and nights.
