Sales Consultant Opportunity At The Barndo Co.The Barndo Co. is growing, and we're looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to join our Greensboro market.This is not a traditional real estate agent position, and no real estate license is required. We're looking for a proven salesperson who knows how to take an opportunity and turn it into a relationship—and ultimately a contract.Our Sales Consultants work with prospective homeowners from their first inquiry through the decision to build. You'll respond to inbound leads, make outbound follow-up calls, schedule and conduct consultations, uncover what clients truly need, guide them through our homes and building process, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.We provide the brand, leads, product, process, and support. You bring the hustle, follow-up, and ability to close.What You'll DoRespond quickly and professionally to new inbound leadsMake consistent outbound calls, texts, and follow-upsQualify prospects and identify their needs, timeline, budget, and readiness to buildSchedule and conduct sales consultationsEducate clients on The Barndo Co. building process and available home optionsBuild strong relationships and maintain an organized sales pipelineFollow up relentlessly without making the client feel pressuredOvercome objections and confidently move prospects toward the next stepMaintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up activitiesMeet and exceed individual sales and conversion goalsWho We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you have:A proven track record in inside sales, lead conversion, or high-ticket salesStrong phone and follow-up skillsExperience managing a pipeline and working a CRMThe ability to build trust quickly with prospective clientsConfidence asking for the sale and handling objectionsStrong organization and follow-throughA competitive, goal-oriented mindsetThe ability to take coaching, follow a proven process, and continuously improveNew construction experience is a plus, but it is not required. Real estate experience is not required.
