Position Overview

This role focuses on the day-to-day transactional accounting functions that keep the business running smoothly. You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations, and work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, code expenses, and manage accounts payable
• Generate and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding receivables
• Apply and reconcile customer payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

13 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar

Solid Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Organized, dependable, and able to manage routine deadlines

Good communication skills; team-oriented attitude

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred not required

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $60,000 $65,000, commensurate with experience
