Title: Day Shift Polish/Finish Operator
Reports To: Polish Supervisor
Status: Full Time - NonExempt (40 hrs/week; additional hours as needed to support goals)
Shift: Day Shift Job Requirements
Polish/Finishers will receive product that has gone through the manufacturing process. They will polish and inspect the product to engineered drawings to ensure customer specifications are met. Any assembly required will be completed. All inspections will be done with calibrated instruments and recorded. Essential Job Functions

Shift: Day Shift Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Solid math background, able to understand decimals
- Able to read blueprints
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Familiar with micrometers, depth gages, calipers, and other measuring devices
- Strong attention to detail

- Verify that product conforms to job requirements
- Performs all polishing functions to complete product to customer specifications
- Inspects part to engineered drawings, records on a controlled shop traveler
- Prevents incorrect products from shipping to the customer
- Works within the boundaries of safe working habits
