What We’re Seeking:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for California
• Proven experience working within schools, ideally with K-8th grade populations
• Strong understanding of IEP documentation, evaluations, and therapy implementation specific to educational environments
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt to a diverse caseload, providing both direct therapy and consultative services

Role Expectations:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students in grades K-8
• Assess students’ functional abilities within the classroom and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
• Deliver both direct and consultative interventions aligned with each student’s educational goals
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of all services provided
• Support classroom staff with strategies and accommodations to enhance student participation
• Effectively manage your schedule to cover leaves and meet caseload needs
