We also provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological, dizziness, and balance disorders. Requirements for this position include the following: Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program Active or pending state physical therapist license Professional Development Individualized Professional Development Program: Annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners) Paid professional association dues Paid licensure renewal Unlimited MedBridge option New graduate mentoring and onboarding Mentorship Program for New Graduate or New Setting: In-person team-based learning sessions once per month comprised of didactic work and skill acquisition Internal mentoring: co-treat with experienced PT ½ day quarterly Graduated caseload ramp-up time Maintain caseload diversity with a review of Prediction Health data to help identify areas of growth potential Review and discuss “components of a successful note” from Prediction Health Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges Receive additional onboarding with online WebPT Tutorials Education and review of effective billing practices Front office tutorial Mentoring with owners of Fairhope PT reviewing mission/values Min USD $75,000.00/Yr.
