Staff Software Engineer, Insurance Platforms

Headway is building a scalable platform to deliver insurance-covered therapy across all 50 states. As a Staff Software Engineer in Insurance, you will own design and implementation of core systems—from patient eligibility to pricing estimates and provider matching—while mentoring engineers and delivering high-impact code at the healthcare data-payer frontier.

You will work on data-intensive ML models, OCR and automation pipelines, and a range of components that enable reliable, scalable
