Job Overview Big Bend Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 1310 Big Bend Rd. Ballwin, Missouri 63021 Schedule: Tuesday 7:45‑5pm, Wednesday 7:45‑12pm, Friday 7:45‑1pm 2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix. 60‑min recare, 90‑min new patient appointment. Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with the option to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope and CE coverage available. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills, provide preventive care, and maintain patients’ dental health. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as determined by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. Additional Requirements As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. The test will be arranged during the pre‑employment process and completed prior to starting employment. (Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.)
