Payroll Specialist

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their Payroll Department! The Payroll Specialist will have experience in the following. Duties and responsibilities include: Perform payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees Process payroll across multiple states according to local guidelines Maintain payroll records and accounts, including PTO and compliance requirements Handle wage garnishments, child support, tax levies, and deductions Review and validate payroll data and transactions to ensure timely processing Respond to internal inquiries and provide dispute resolution for payroll processing Requirements: 2+years of payroll processing experience Large Payroll software experience (UKG/UltiPro, Workday, ADP, etc.) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
