This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Atlantic City. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations, including assessments of mobility, strength, flexibility, and pain levels for clients of various ages and needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies, ensuring each client's goals are met effectively.
• Regularly review and assess patient progress, adapting treatment protocols and goals as necessary based on clinical signs and patient feedback.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care using the company's electronic record system, completing SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans promptly.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment procedures, recovery processes, and self-management strategies to empower them in their journey to wellness.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals in the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients who may require multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will encounter a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors from varied backgrounds and diagnoses. Through a tailored, client-centered approach, you will address a range of physical challenges including post-injury rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement, ensuring that each individual receives the personalized care necessary for optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current and valid licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.
• A willingness to provide evaluations and treatments in-person and via telehealth, depending on clinical appropriateness.
• A strong enthusiasm for working with a broad demographic, including individuals of various ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate the evolving healthcare landscape, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to collaboration and shared goals in patient success.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, providing care to a diverse patient population.
