About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive growth and market share in the payment processing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading the sales team, and collaborating with the executive team. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years' experience in the payment processing industry, particularly in the retail and B2B sectors. The VP of Sales will be at the forefront of the company's market expansion, fostering key relationships, and staying abreast of market trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include sales strategy and execution, product and competitive positioning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales strategies for software solutions and major accounts, including VAR and partner programs. A deep understanding of the payment processing industry, from technical to commercial aspects, is essential. The role requires effective leadership skills, the ability to mentor and develop the sales team, and a collaborative approach to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders. A bilingual (French-English) candidate with a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, and experience with financial management, Salesforce, and international sales, would be a strong fit for this position.
