Our organization is a women-led dental practice that emphasizes teamwork. Located in Hutchinson, we are a well-established, respected, family-oriented private practice looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and positive Dental Hygienist to join our exceptional team!
The perfect candidate will align with our philosophy of treating every patient as a unique individual. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of care for overall patient wellness, which we achieve through the use of digital dentistry and cutting-edge technologies. This role offers flexibility, with the possibility of working between 1 to 4 days each week.
Our office operates Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM.
The starting hourly wage is $40.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in treatment planning and case presentations
- Knowledge of Scaling and Root Planing (SRP)
- Ability to educate patients effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and team members
- Must hold a valid dental hygiene license in Minnesota (Required)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Physical capability to lift and carry 25 lbs. or more
