Production Manager

Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to support safe, efficient processing of whey and dairy ingredients in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this on-site role, you will operate and monitor production equipment, follow SOPs and GMPs, perform quality checks, document process data, and support sanitation and CIP activities. Working in a collaborative, safety-focused, and family-oriented environment, you’ll gain hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-train with cheesemaking and packaging teams, and grow your skills as our operation continues to expand.
