The Practice

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Richmond Heights, Missouri

• SSM St. Mary's Hospital is an academic and community hospital.
• 525-bed facility with a 50-bed Emergency Department.
• Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center.
• Chest Pain Center and Certified Stroke Center.
• Annual volume of 46,000 with a 25% admit rate.
• All sub-specialty backups available excluding neurosurgery, interventional stroke, and PEDS.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
