Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care travel assignment in Saint Albans, Vermont, United States. Start date: 07/21/2026. Duration: several weeks. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: All shifts. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home (long-term care facility). This is a temporary travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under established policies and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Provide basic nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living; support wound care and post-procedure care as directed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team; communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers
- Maintain accurate documentation in the resident’s chart and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Apply infection control practices and maintain a safe, clean care environment

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (state-specific; Vermont or eligibility to practice in the assignment state)
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Prior experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
- Ability to work all shifts and maintain 40 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and professional
