Shaw Industries is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Regional Distribution Service Center in Fairfield, OH. This leadership role is responsible for guiding a team of ~28 associates — including drivers, and warehouse associates —across two shifts. The facility supports key logistics functions such as receiving, processing, shipping, storing, and delivering flooring products throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
