Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Medical Reviewer (Durable Medical Equipment Specialist) to provide subject-matter expertise supporting Medical Review Services for California programs. You will review DME claims, TARs, prescriptions, and supporting medical documentation to ensure medical necessity, coverage, and billing compliance.

The role emphasizes remote work with a full-time schedule, collaboration with clinicians and operations, and ongoing training on program requirements and policies.
