Role Overview: The Ombudsman Team Lead manages sensitive escalated communications, resolving cases related to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. They communicate professionally with senior leadership, members of the board, and external agencies, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include researching complex complaints, preparing detailed reports, and crafting member-focused correspondence. The role involves collaborating across departments, providing feedback for process improvements, and maintaining the organization's positive image. The lead also manages membership accounts, gift programs, and external case follow-ups, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to interpret policies and manage multiple high‑priority requests Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration Flexible to work onsite (Tues‑Thu) and handle out‑of‑hours activity Attention to detail and ownership mindset Key Duties Resolve escalated BBB and Attorney General cases, ensuring quality responses Respond promptly to leadership escalations and ensure process adherence Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align responses Gather, analyze, and report data to support decision‑makingMaintain knowledge of organizational policies and initiatives Manage memberships, gift accounts, and external case follow‑ups Make independent decisions in a dynamic environment Exhibit leadership behaviors and represent the organization professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
