Job Description
As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Honolulu HI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location where you will conduct routine vehicle and/or foot patrols remain visible to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving post offers the chance to support tenants visitors and property operations through clear communication teamwork and integrity in a dynamic environment.

Pre-employment Requirement: Valid Drivers License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings parking areas common spaces and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and report maintenance access control and security-related concerns.
- Monitor entrances exits and authorized access points assist with visitor and contractor interactions and document incidents observations and daily activities in required reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
