Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonary practice within Bloomington Medical Services in Wooster, Ohio. This is a Full Time Office-based position, Monday -Friday. Qualifications: Active NP license in the State of Ohio Pulmonary experience Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships Computer skills to utilize Electronic Health Record Responsibilities: Performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research Writes prescriptions for medication, blood products based upon laboratory results, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, therapeutic measures, as appropriate. Interprets and evaluates findings of studies/tests. Recognizes deviations from normal in physical assessments and testing. Documents care provided.
