Performs a variety of bookkeeping functions and maintains financial records in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and/or statutory rules and regulations.

Example of Duties

Verifies validity of invoices received for payment; verifies that invoices submitted for payment have been properly authorized and goods or services received.
