Our Retail channel is dynamic and growing quickly, central to the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy, the UK, and the US, and planned openings nationwide. Responsibilities Lead your team in achieving business goals (sales, productivity, COGS, etc.) while supporting employee growth through ongoing training, guidance, and motivation. Consistently provide outstanding customer service via effective sales strategies. Ensure the successful execution of the Venchi Service Model. Effectively communicate to ensure all employees have the resources needed to be successful. Monitor store KPIs and performance; manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) to reach company goals. Execute visual merchandising guidelines and layouts. Maintain the highest level of food and health compliance within the store.
