Community Coach II Full-time IDDWho Are We:InReach provides a wide variety of supports and services across the lifespan for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.What We Need:The Community Coach provides the support necessary to assist adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in a variety of community activities. Activities may be in the individual's home, community, or work site in the Charlotte and surrounding areas.What You'll Do:Work one-on-one to provide support at work and activities in the Charlotte areaHelp customers on-the-job, job coachingDocumentation of work and activitiesHelp customers explore new things, pursue their interests, & help with socializationResponsible to oversee customer participation in activities as described in the goal planMaintain the health and safety of everyoneProvide reliable transportationMaintains credentials (training)Assure confidentialityQualifications and Licensing Requirements:One-year Supported Employment/Job Coach experience working with I/DD & Special populationsVocational experienceA high school diploma or GED requiredWilling to provide customer transportation using your vehicleValid driver's license and maintain a safe driving recordHours: Monday - Friday hours could range between 7:00am - 7:00pm; Weekends as neededLocation/Travel: will vary depending on customer needs: 28227, 28202 & 28262Rate: $17.00 per hourBenefits:Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid Holiday TimePTO401-KMileage reimbursementAll InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check.InReach is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
