A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Manager - Data and GIS Governance
Position Type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Richmond VA (Hybrid)

As a Program Manager - Data and GIS Governance you will:

• Extensive experience leading enterprise data programs within a large organization.
• Deep understanding of data governance principles frameworks and industry best practices.
• Proven capability in managing the full data lifecycle within complex organizational structures.
• Expertise in metadata management data quality enhancement and building sustainable data documentation processes.
• Strong problemsolving skills with a track record of designing scalable processes and governance mechanisms.
• Ability to translate abstract or technically complex concepts into approachable actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executivelevel and crossfunctional engagement.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Data quality remediation and enhancement experience
• Knowledge of Data lifecycle management experience
• Knowledge of Data governance experience
• Knowledge of ArcGIS platform experience
• Knowledge of Safe Software FME experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $80- to $85Per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
