BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving 100% outpatient primary care practice in O’Fallon, Missouri.

This opportunity is ideal for:

• ✅ Residents (PGY-2) planning a 2028 start
• ✅ Practicing physicians ready to transition (ASAP start available for practicing physicians)

Position Highlights

✅ Family Medicine – Outpatient Only (No inpatient responsibility)
✅ 2028 start for residents OR immediate start for practicing physicians
✅ Established patient panel + strong demand
✅ Supported by 2 experienced APPs
✅ 36 patient-facing hours (Monday–Friday)
