Night Auditor

Local Butler Event Center is looking for Part-time Night Auditor-$16.50/hr

The ideal candidate will be able to work night shift 12 midnight to 8:00am. Weekend shifts are required for this position. The Front Desk operates seven days a week. Previous experience working in a customer service, front desk role is preferred.

The Night Auditor Position is part-time, up to 32 hours a week.

The night Auditor position is responsible for ensuring guests have a good stay at a property like all positions at the site. Some training provided and duties include:
• Check-in late arrival guests
• Registering guests and assigning rooms, and checking them out
• Processing guest payments
• Room keys: Issuing room keys and providing location instructions
• Preparing invoices for the next day.
• Balancing financial reports.
• Guest relations: Handling guest complaints and problems, and responding to their needs and concerns
• Reservations: Handling incoming reservations by phone
• Knows all essential aspects of our resort and hotel operations.
• Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
