We are seeking a part-time ABA Clinical Case Supervisor who is passionate about supporting toddlers, children, and/or teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Position Information
  • Job Title: ABA Clinical Case Supervisor

  • Employment Type: Part-Time

  • Hourly Rate: $30.00–$34.00 per hour

  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

  • Supervisory Status: Yes

  • Billable Schedule: 25 billable hours per week

  • Reports To: Clinical Director and BCBA

  • Primary Work Location: This is a clinic-based position. On occasion, services may be provided in a client’s home based on the client’s individual needs.

  • Travel Requirements: Occasional local travel to client homes may be required.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with regular availability during our high-demand evening hours of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Occasional weekend availability may be requested based on client needs and scheduling.

Position Summary

The ABA Clinical Case Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to toddlers, children, and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. In this role, you will conduct assessments, contribute to the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs, and provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.

Working in partnership with families, staff, BCBAs, and clinical leadership, you will use data-driven decision-making and evidence-based behavioral interventions to support meaningful and lasting client progress. Key Responsibilities1. Assessment & Program Development
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related assessments for ABA treatment.

  • Assist in designing and implementing individualized ABA programs to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.

  • Develop and maintain structured data-collection systems to track client progress.

2. Clinical Guidance & Program Quality
  • Provide ongoing supervision of ABA programs, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with clinical expectations.

  • Observe intervention delivery in the clinic and, when needed, in client homes to provide clinical guidance.

  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to recommend and support program modifications based on client progress, data trends, and clinical direction.

3. Staff & Caregiver Training
  • Support, train, and coach behavior technicians and caregivers in implementing individualized behavioral interventions.

  • Provide ongoing parent consultation and skill-building support to promote the generalization of client progress in the home environment.

  • Support staff with data-entry expectations and provide training on graphing and data-interpretation processes.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
  • Review and analyze client outcome data to evaluate progress and inform program modifications.

  • Prepare clear, accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate assessment and progress reports.

  • Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to clinical leadership, staff, and caregivers.

5. Team Collaboration & Meetings
  • Lead and support case team meetings to promote consistent implementation of treatment plans and communication across the care team.

  • Participate in clinical meetings with other supervisors and the Clinical Director to support quality assurance and clinical alignment.

6. Documentation & Case Coordination
  • Complete required documentation, including rendering sessions, and support the development of weekly and monthly schedules.

  • Maintain timely communication regarding scheduling needs, case updates, and service barriers.

  • Complete other duties as assigned to support operational and clinical needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of at least 12 graduate-level units toward a master’s degree.

  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a behavior supervisor, including experience designing ABA programs and training parents and staff.

  • Solid understanding of ABA principles, data collection, program implementation, and data-based decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with families, staff, and leadership.

  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and maintain current automobile insurance for occasional travel to client homes.

  • Ability to provide services primarily in the clinic, with flexibility to support clients in their homes when needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree preferred in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or a related field.

  • Experience with supervision, staff training, and case team leadership.
