You’ll collaborate with educators and families to deliver individualized therapy to early childhood students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Illinois license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience working with early childhood or pediatric caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and record-keeping skills
• Passion for supporting the developmental needs of young children
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to early childhood students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to address each child’s unique needs
• Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain compliance with all state, district, and licensure requirements
• Offer support and resources to families and caregivers to foster student growth
