We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.Position Summary:The Climbing & Adventure Team Member is responsible for all aspects of the guest's climbing experience. Each team member will be assisting all guests and climbers during their time in the Climbing & Adventure facility.Primary Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer serviceAlways be encouraging and positive to all guests and refrain from using negative languageKnow and enforce the facility's policies and proceduresComplete check-in procedures and process paymentsAssign barcode key tags to those who purchase a monthly membershipKeep track of memberships and family units within Dash PlatformBe knowledgeable about pricing, events offered, equipment, and all climbing structuresComplete daily assignments before, during, and after each shift as directed by managementMinimum Qualifications:Ability to work with a wide variety of ages from pre-school thru adultFlexible work schedule (e.g. nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance is necessaryMust be able to work with computers, barcode scanners, webcams, and online waiversExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow team membersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitted to the safety and wellbeing of othersMust be at least 18 years oldWorking Conditions And Physical Demands:Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMust show proficiency with all climbing equipment, procedures, and elementsMust be able to manually belay in case of emergencyMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMust wear proper uniformFacility has intermittent noisePreferred:Climbing experience
