Sr IT Analyst - SAP Order Management Consultant S/4 HANA

As an SAP Order Management Consultant specializing in S/4 HANA, you will be responsible for providing expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Order Management module within SAP S/4 HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Your role will involve configuring and customizing SAP systems, conducting workshops, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.You will report to our Sr IT Director and work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid basis. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRequirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their order management processes, challenges, and requirements.Solution Design: Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for order management processes, considering industry best practices and business needs.Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP Order Management module according to business requirements, including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Order Management and other SAP modules (such as Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems.Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities.
