ESS Permanent Custodian Location: Watkinsville, GA - Oconee County Schools, Oconee County An ESS permanent custodian plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of school facilities, ensuring every school day runs smoothly and students can focus on learning. In addition to regular building maintenance functions, the school custodian provides direct support to classroom teachers in setting up and maintaining furniture and equipment. While applicants may be considered for permanent roles, the District retains full authority to determine permanent placements based on current needs and eligibility. Responsibilities Perform maintenance duties before, during, and after school hours Clean all areas of school buildings according to district standards, including floors, windows, furniture, and restrooms Deliver supplies and materials to appropriate areas of the building Complete grounds keeping duties ESS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
