Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs of clients struggling with substance abuse and mental health disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate client goals and the therapeutic interventions suited for their needs.

• Collaborate actively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and refine holistic treatment approaches that enhance client outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work closely with individuals who may be navigating crises, as well as families and couples seeking to improve their relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• Applicants must demonstrate a clean background with no active suspensions or probation related to their licensure.

• Annual tuberculosis screening, as well as drug and background checks, are prerequisites for employment, along with ongoing monitoring as stipulated by company policy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
